The Palace opens its doors 3 nights a week, Thursday to Saturday, and also on Bank Holiday Sundays. Hailed "the best party in town", the club regularly holds theme nights which have included appearances from high profile DJs & popular celebrities, while its resident DJs play the best in current chart & dance music and classic party anthems.

The club has four bars over two floors; the ground floor hosting the warm-up and chill-out lounge, and the main upstairs club room with two bars as well as a VIP mezzanine bar over-looking the dancefloor. The Palace also holds events for Under 18s during school holidays, and is available for private hire.
