Church Green Books

Church Green Books first opened its doors at 46 Market Square, Witney in July 1995. The premises are part of a former pub called The Bull, and are shared with a variety of other small businesses.

The partners, Roger & Margaret Barnes, had been trading in books for some years before opening the shop, mainly selling at street fairs, antique fairs and by catalogue.

We also have a 5 shelf stack of bargain books at £2 or less - and there are some real bargains!

Most of our books are in the £5 to £20 range with prices up to £500 for the rarer items.
